NGC UK Announces Revised NGC and NCS Services and Fees for 2023

NGC International UK Limited™ (NGC UK™) is making a few updates to its submission forms, fees and tier requirements for submissions to Numismatic Guaranty Company™ (NGC®) and Numismatic Conservation Services™ (NCS®) made at NGC UK’s London office. A full list of changes for NGC submissions is below. The updates are effective for submissions delivered to NGC UK on January 1, 2023, or later.

Please be advised that all fees and maximum values are in pounds and are per coin. An £11 handling fee (excluding VAT) per submission form applies to all submissions.

All prices listed below exclude VAT.

NGC Grading Tiers

• WalkThrough (US / World Coins) – formerly WalkThrough; no fee change
• WalkThrough (Ancient Coins) – new grading tier for ancient coins only; £275 per coin; maximum value: £25,000 per coin

NGC Add-on Services

• Early / First Releases – fee changed to Tier + £10
• Special Label – fee changed to Tier + £7
• Mega Holder – new service; Tier + £300
• Tokens & Medals – fee changed to Tier + £4

Upgraded Return Shipping and Insurance Coming Soon

Starting in 2023, submitters in the UK will be able to select return shipping as part of the regular submission form, without being required to complete a separate form to request return shipping. In addition, NGC is increasing the amount of insurance coverage available to provide greater peace of mind to submitters. Look for an announcement soon.

Updated submission forms and price sheets reflecting these changes will be available starting December 21, 2022, at NGCcoin.uk. All coins delivered to NGC UK on January 1, 2023, or later should be accompanied by the new submission form.
